Steelers’ quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is the youngest player to lead his team to a Super Bowl title. Unfortunately, the team’s star had a car accident; in which he suffered a jaw and nose fissure, he was required to be transfer to the surgery room.
The crash occurred in a crossing area nearby the town, at around 11:30. Roethlisberger’s motorcycle, a Suzuki Hayabusa 2005 crashed with a silver plating Chrysler New Yorker. Ben is recovering at home, but according to his bodyguard he does not want to appear in public.
The NFL player does not have brain problems, but at the accident he suffered a cerebral commotion and his jaw had to be assembled with screws; the doctors were able to fix the face broken bones. Ben also lost two teeth and suffered some damages in some others.
The football player is 24 years old, and he has always liked to drive his bike without head protection, Roethlisberger was warned to drive at a lower speed, but the worst thing is that football season is so close and Ben will need an absolute recovery before he will be able to play at the pre-season games that start in less than 4 weeks.
